CCTV records continuously for security and welfare purposes.
Audio is not routinely recorded.

CCTV footage is retained only for an appropriate period before being automatically overwritten or securely deleted. Footage relating to an ongoing complaint, investigation or insurance claim may be retained until the matter is concluded.
